mischievous minds from around the world . selected
to become part of an institution like no other.'
The Higher Institute of Villainous
Education (or H.I.V.E.) is a mysterious school set
up to transform promising children into criminal masterminds
of the future.
Otto Malpense, having been drugged and taken to the
school's secret island location, is the latest addition
to the register, and is expected to spend the next
six years of his life being trained in the ways of
wickedness.
He does indeed have a natural talent for villainy,
but as Otto doesn't appreciate being forced to spend
his adolescence taking classes to prove it, he soon
becomes their worst nightmare. He and another new
recruit, Wing Fanchu, are going to give the Higher
Institute of Villainous Education a taste of its own
medicine!
