What you have to do to win...

We'd like to see how pretty you can make our caterpillar or butterfly pictures. You can download a template of whichever picture you'd most like to colour below:

Or you can draw and colour in your very own design of caterpillar or butterfly, either on paper or using your computer.

When you've finished your caterpillar or butterfly, please email or post it to the address given below. Our favourite design will win the wonderful new pop-up edition of The Very Hungry Caterpillar.

 

How to enter...



The closing date for this competition is 6 June 2009. Remember to tell us your name, age and address if you want to be sent a prize.
The competition is open to children aged 3-8. (Please note that we are only able to send prizes to entrants living in the UK).
Mark your entry 'Caterpillar' and either email your entry to RIF or post it to: Reading Is Fundamental, 68 South Lambeth Road, London SW8 1RL.

Note: Unfortunately we are not able to return entries, so please be sure you want to send us your picture before you post it.
